Dr. Bhawna Gupta DDS
Dr. Bhawna earned a fellowship in Implantology from Loma Linda University. After several years as a Managing Dentist, she founded her own practice, Sunnyvale Dental Care.

Dr. Sam Chien
Dr. Sam Chien, focused in Endodontics, Implants, and Oral Surgery.
Dr. Sam Chien has undergone extensive training and advanced continuing education in Endodontics and Oral Surgery. He is dedicated to relieving his patients’ pain through painless Root Canal Therapy and extractions.
Dr. Chien is also highly skilled in removing impacted wisdom teeth and enjoys restoring smiles with Dental Implants to replace missing or broken teeth.
He offers various sedation options, including nitrous, oral sedation, and moderate IV sedation, to ensure his patients feel comfortable and anxiety-free during treatment.
Dr. Chien is passionate about collaborating with other dentists to improve patient care and is currently working towards his diplomate status with the American Board of Implantology.
Dr. Sean Lee, DDS
Dr. Sean Lee received his Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and French from Dartmouth College and completed dental school at Stony Brook University, graduating with distinction.
While in dental school, he received multiple honors and served as National Editor for the American Student Dental Association.
Dr. Lee then moved to the Bay Area, completing his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Highland – UCSF, where he trained in dental implants, wisdom tooth surgery, anesthesia, jaw surgery, and facial trauma.
He also served as chief resident at several hospitals, including UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Jacky Chen
Dr. Jacky Chen is a native of San Jose, CA. He attended Independence High School. He has been passionate about dentistry from an early age. As an undergraduate of UC San Diego, he was the board member of UC San Diego Pre-Dental Society where he volunteered to provide free dental care to underserved populations.
After earning a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Biology, his education took him to Los Angeles, CA where he graduated from Western University of Health Sciences with his Degree in Dental Medicine.
Dr. Chen enjoys focusing on general dentistry and helping patients achieve a beautiful, healthy smile while keeping patients comfortable during their visit. Dr. Chen believes in remaining up to date with dental advancements. He attends numerous continuing education courses and continually educates himself about the newest technology in dentistry.
Dr. Chen is a member of the American Dental Association and California Dental Association.
